We include basic design time with each order. More extensive work can be billed to you.

Can you design our logo or graphics?
Yes, we can. We have a professional graphic artist on staff. Charges apply.

Will I get a proof?
On most sign or apparel orders, we provide a proof.

What is the printing process?
The printing process is different for different products. For most signs, we use a very long lasting, environmentally friendly UV process. Click here to learn why the printing process matters. For apparel, we use screen printing and direct-to-garment printing. For awards, we engrave and sublimate. Promotional products have a wide variety of different printing methods.

How long will the printing last?
It depends on the printing process, but we have been in business for 32 years with very few problems. We have invested in the best printing processes to guarantee long lasting quality.

What is the lead time for signs?
Generally, we’ll send you a proof in a day or two. Once you approve, we’ll complete your job in a day or two. We can also accommodate rush jobs.

What is the lead time for engraving?
Generally, 1-2 working days. If we have to order special materials, slightly longer.

What is the lead time for t-shirts?
Generally, 3-5 working days depending on the size of the order. Though we can accommodate rush printing as well.

What is the lead time for promotional products?
The lead time varies by the item. However, when you use our product search and find an item you are interested in, it will state the turnaround time. Those are production turnaround times; they do not include proofing or transit times to get the items to you.

What are your art guidelines?
The best artwork file type will be vector-based artwork saved as either an .ai/.eps/.pdf file. Please ensure that any links are embedded, and fonts are converted to outlines. Any important colors to match will need to be set as the appropriate Pantone number in the art, or Pantone number should be provided if it’s not already in the artwork.

What is your return policy?
As items are custom printed, we do not accept returns unless an acknowledged error has occurred and we cannot reprint.

Is there a minimum order on printed t-shirts?
For screen printing, our minimum is 24 shirts. However, with direct-to-garment printing you can order as few as one item.

How long do you keep our graphics on file?
We try to keep your graphics on file for at least one year, but usually longer.

Am I limited on the number of colors on signs and banners?
Most signs & banners are printed in full color. For other items, it will vary on the item.

Will the vinyl lettering damage my vehicle?

How come the colors on my monitor don’t match the colors provided?
As colors can vary on monitors, they can be a variance from the actual printed product.

Do I need lamination on my signs?
Due to our printing process (UV printing), lamination is NOT required on almost every item.

What are your store hours?

Can you take a digital image from my phone?
We often can, especially with more recent phones. But please check with us to be sure.

Do the banners come with grommets?
